| 21 | 21 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 22 | 22 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be | |
| 23 | 23 | codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows: | |
| 24 | 24 | This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Safe at School | |
| 25 | 25 | Act". | |
| 26 | 26 | SECTION 2. REPEALER 70 O.S. 2021, Sections 1210.189 and | |
| 27 | 27 | 1210.190, are hereby repealed. | |
| 28 | 28 | SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation | |
| 29 | 29 | of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby | |
| 30 | 30 | declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and | |
| 31 | 31 | be in full force from and after its passage and approval. | |
