5050 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5151 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 26 O.S. 20 21, Section 4-120, is
5252 amended to read as follows:
5353 Section 4-120. A. The registration of any registered voter may
5454 shall be canceled only for one of the following reasons:
5555 1. Written notice from the voter pursuant to Section 4 -120.1 of
5656 this title; death; conviction
5757 2. Death;
5858 3. Conviction of a felony; judicial
5959 4. Judicial determination of mental incapacitation under Title
6060 30 of the Oklahoma Statutes; registration
6161 5. Registration in another county or state; or failure

9494 B. For purposes of this section, paragraphs 5 and 7 of
9595 subsection A of this section shall constitute written notice.
9696 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
