50	50	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
51	51	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 26 O.S. 20 21, Section 4-120, is
52	52	amended to read as follows:
53	53	Section 4-120. A. The registration of any registered voter may
54	54	shall be canceled only for one of the following reasons:
55	55	1. Written notice from the voter pursuant to Section 4 -120.1 of
56	56	this title; death; conviction
57	57	2. Death;
58	58	3. Conviction of a felony; judicial
59	59	4. Judicial determination of mental incapacitation under Title
60	60	30 of the Oklahoma Statutes; registration
61	61	5. Registration in another county or state; or failure

89	89	failure to vote as prescribe d in Section 21 4-120.2 of this act

91	91	7. The surrendering of the voter's Oklahoma driver license to
92	92	the Department of Public Safety upon being issued a driver license
93	93	in another state.
94	94	B. For purposes of this section, paragraphs 5 and 7 of
95	95	subsection A of this section shall constitute written notice.
96	96	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
