53	50		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
54	51		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 67 O.S. 2021, Section 305, is
55	52		amended to read as follows:
56	53		Section 305. There is hereby re-created until July 1, 2021
57	54		2025, in accordance with the Oklahom a Sunset Law, the Archives and
58	55		Records Commission, hereinafter referred to as the Commission, to be
59	56		composed of one member to be appointed by the Governor who shall
60	57		serve as Chairman, the State Librarian as Vice Chairman and
61	58		Secretary, the Lieutenant Gover nor, the State Auditor and Inspector
62	59		and the State Treasurer as members. Any member may appoint and
63	60		designate a subofficer or employee as his proxy for purposes of
64	61		carrying on the duties of the Commission. The Commission shall have
	62	+	sole, entire and exclu sive authority of the disposition for all

94	90		commissions, agencies and institutions of this state. The autho rity
95	91		herein granted shall not apply to records and archives of political
96	92		subdivisions of the state; provided, however, this act shall not
97	93		apply to the confidential records and fi les of the Oklahoma Tax
98	94		Commission which are exempt from all provisions of thi s act.
99	95		SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preserva tion
100	96		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
101	97		declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
102	98		be in full force from and after its p assage and approval.
