| 51 | 51 | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 70 O.S. 2021, Section 8 -113, is | |
| 52 | 52 | amended to read as follows: | |
| 53 | 53 | Section 8-113. A student shall be allowed to transfer to a | |
| 54 | 54 | school district in which where the parent or legal guardian of the | |
| 55 | 55 | student is employed as a teacher, as defined in Section 1 -116 of | |
| 56 | 56 | this title by the district. | |
| 57 | 57 | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022. | |
