25	51		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

27	52		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
28	53		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 9082 of Title 74, unless there
29	54		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
30		-
31	55		For regulated utility entities doing business in this state and
32	56		subject to the February 2021 Regulated Utility Consumer Protection
33	57		Act, the Oklahoma Corporation Commission sh all make available
34	58		through posting to its public website, a report on any audits or
35	59		true-ups performed under Section 9074 or 9078 of Title 74 of the
36	60		Oklahoma Statutes. The report shall include, but shall not be
37	61		limited to, the following:

39	62		1. Total amount of the original securitization bond ;

41	63		2. Annual interest rate on the sec uritization bond;
