3939 An Act relating to elections; providing exceptions;

4747 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
4848 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
4949 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 7-139 of Title 26, unless there
5050 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as fol lows:
5151 Except for elections held concurrently with the dates provided
5252 in Sections 1-101, 1-102, 1-103, 20-101, and 13A-103 of Title 26,
5353 and Section 16-203 of Title 11, or otherwise provided by law, any
5454 question proposed in an election held by any county, school
5555 district, technology center school district, municipality, fire
5656 protection district, or other political subdivision authorized to
5757 call elections shall require three-fifths (3/5) of the votes in the
5858 affirmative for such question .
