41	41	discrimination; prohibiting discrimination based on
42	42	health care services ; providing for codification; and

48	48	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
49	49	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
50	50	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1351 of Title 25, unless there
51	51	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
52	52	It shall be unlawful for any public or private employer, entity,
53	53	agency, institution, official or person, including , but not limited
54	54	to, a medical, nursing or other medical training institution, to
55	55	deny admission because of, to place any reference in its application
56	56	form concerning, to orally question about, to impose any burdens in
57	57	terms or conditions of employment on, or to otherwise discriminate
58	58	against, any person, in terms of employment, admissio n to or
59	59	participation in any programs for which the person is eligible, or
60	60	to discriminate in relation thereto, in any other manner, because of
61	61	the person's refusal to receive, obtain, accept, perform, counsel,

90	90	SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
91	91	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
92	92	declared to exist, by reaso n whereof this act shall take effect and
93	93	be in full force from and after its passage an d approval.
