494 | 534 | | 7. "Digital contract" means a coded contract that functions as |
---|
495 | 535 | | an immutable digital agreement which is entered into between |

496 | 536 | | customers, in order to specify the terms and conditions of payment, |
---|
497 | 537 | | custody, performance, timing, delivery, tax remittance, regulatory |
---|
498 | 538 | | compliance, escrow, contingencies, choice of law, forum, or other |
---|

532 | 573 | | Digital identity is functional software programmed uniquely for the |
---|
533 | 574 | | individual customer and cannot be resold, duplicated, or |

---|
543 | 584 | | validators, that does not require a sequence of bloc ks; |
---|
544 | 585 | | 11. "Distributed ledger technology asset " means a digital unit |
---|
545 | 586 | | with specified characteristics, secured through a decentralized |
---|
546 | 587 | | ledger or database, exchangeable for goods or services, and capable |
---|
547 | 588 | | of being traded or transferred bet ween persons with the use of a |
---|
548 | 589 | | distributed ledger technology asset offering agent and fiduciary or |
---|

---|
591 | 633 | | ecosystem operator for the use of the cardholder in obtaining goods, |

593 | 635 | | 13. "Distributed ledger technology asset offering agent " means |
---|
594 | 636 | | a person who is appointed by a distributed ledger technology asset |
---|
595 | 637 | | offering ecosystem operator and who is a licensed attorney with at |
---|
596 | 638 | | least fifteen (15) years of law practice, in good standing with the |
---|
597 | 639 | | Oklahoma Bar Association , and is appointed as counsel by the |
---|
598 | 640 | | submission of entry of appearance documen tation to the Oklahoma |
---|
599 | | - | Department of Securities, the Office of Management and Enterprise |
---|
600 | | - | Services, and the Oklahoma Tax Commis sion; |
---|
601 | | - | 14. "Electronic funds transfer " means any transfer of funds, |
---|
602 | | - | other than a transaction originated by check, draft, or simila r |
---|
603 | | - | paper instrument, which is initiated through an electronic terminal, |
---|
604 | | - | telephonic instrument, computer, or magnetic tape, so as to order, |
---|

639 | 682 | | that allows customers to acquire and transfer any fiat currencies, |
---|
640 | 683 | | lawful cryptocurrencies, d igital assets, convertible virtual |
---|
641 | 684 | | currency, or distributed ledger technology assets from one form of |
---|
642 | 685 | | value to the other by using a convertible virtual currency to |
---|
643 | 686 | | acquire and to transfer; |
---|
644 | 687 | | 16. "Ecosystem" means a complex network of an interconnected |
---|
645 | 688 | | technology system or systems; |
---|
646 | 689 | | 17. "Distributed ledger techno logy asset offering ecosystem |
---|
647 | | - | operator" or "ecosystem operator" means a person or entity |
---|
648 | | - | contracted with the State of Oklahoma or its instrumentalities, |
---|
649 | | - | agencies, or political subdivisions, which employs at least one |
---|
650 | | - | licensed Oklahoma fiduciary as its principal agent and which has |
---|
651 | | - | general supervisory control over the subject ecosystem and provides |
---|
652 | | - | to its customers smart contracts for electronic funds transfers, tax |
---|
