AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to courts; creating the Oklahoma
Judicial Nominating Commission Reform Act of 2022;
providing for noncodification; and pr oviding an
effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLA HOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be ci ted as the "Oklahoma
Judicial Nominating Commission Reform Act of 2022".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
