50	50	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
51	51	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
52	52	codified in the Oklahoma Statut es reads as follows:
53	53	There is hereby approp riated to the Oklahoma State Re gents for
54	54	Higher Education from any monies not otherwise appropriated from the
55	55	General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year
56	56	ending June 30, 2023 , the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars
57	57	($200,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary to implement
58	58	the provisions of the Hunger -free Campus Act.
59	59	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2022.
60	60	SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
61	61	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
