2657 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PE OPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

2858 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 47 O.S. 2021, Section 1132A, is
2959 amended to read as follows:

3160 Section 1132A. A. In any online system which provides a
3261 service that a motor license agent licensed operator is authorized
3362 to provide pursuant to the Oklahoma Vehicle License and Registration
3463 Act there shall include a step where the individual shall select a
3564 motor license agent licensed operator in the state to process any
3665 online transaction.

3892 Said The motor license agent as defined in Section 1102 of this
3993 title does not include the Oklahoma Tax Commission Service Oklahoma.
4094 Any motor license agent fees collected by a state agency shall be

4396 B. Motor license agents Licensed operators selected as provided
4497 in subsection A of this secti on shall receive all fees provided by
4598 the Oklahoma Vehicle License and Registration Act; provided, the

99+amount of fees remitted to the motor l icense agent for each online
47100 transaction processed by the motor license agent through any online
48101 system shall be reduced by One Dollar and fifty -six cents ($1.56).

50102 C. The selection step required pursuant to subsection A of this
51103 section shall be installed and operational no later than January 1,

54105 SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the pr eservation
55106 of the public peace, health or safet y, an emergency is hereby
56107 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
57108 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.

59109 SECTION 3. The provisions of this act shall be contingent upon
60110 the enactment of the provisions of House B ill No. 3419 or Senate
61111 Bill No. 1605 of the 2nd Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature

197+BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLA HOMA:
198+SECTION 4. AMENDATORY 47 O. S. 2021, Section 1132A, is
