| 50 | 50 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 51 | 51 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be | |
| 52 | 52 | codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows: | |
| 53 | 53 | This act shall be kn own and may be cited as the "Oklahoma Public | |
| 54 | 54 | Funds Investment and Energy Polic y Act of 2022". | |
| 55 | 55 | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2022. | |
| 56 | 56 | SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation | |
| 57 | 57 | of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby | |
| 58 | 58 | declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and | |
| 59 | 59 | be in full force from and after its passage and approval. | |
