4848 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
4949 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5050 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2210.2A of Title 63, unless
5151 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
5252 A for-profit entity shall not engage, directly or indirectly, in
5353 the procurement, transfer, or distribution of any human eye, cornea,
5454 eye tissue, corneal t issue, or portions of the eye, except as these
5555 parts are used for products which a re regulated as devices, drugs,
5656 biologics, or combination devices.
5757 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
