| 48 | 48 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 49 | 49 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 50 | 50 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2210.2A of Title 63, unless | |
| 51 | 51 | there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
| 52 | 52 | A for-profit entity shall not engage, directly or indirectly, in | |
| 53 | 53 | the procurement, transfer, or distribution of any human eye, cornea, | |
| 54 | 54 | eye tissue, corneal t issue, or portions of the eye, except as these | |
| 55 | 55 | parts are used for products which a re regulated as devices, drugs, | |
| 56 | 56 | biologics, or combination devices. | |
| 57 | 57 | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022. | |
