45	42		Flag of Remembrance with respect to the events of
46	43		September 11, 2001; describing flag design; providing
47	44		for codification; and providing an effective date.

53	50		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
54	51		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be c odified
55	52		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 98.21 of Title 25, unless there
56	53		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
57	54		The official Flag of Remembrance with respect to the events of
58	55		September 11, 2001, shall be the Freedom Flag as approved by the
59	56		national foundation formed to promote awareness of the significance
60	57		of the events of September 11, 20 01, which contains a blue canton
61	58		with one stylized star similar to the stars appearing on the flag of
62	59		the United States in a similar position, centere d within five (5)
63	60		bars, noncontiguous and arranged in the shape of the United States
64	61		Pentagon, and containing a total of seven (7) alternating red and
	62	+	white stripes, beginning with a red strip e, alternating between the
