5350 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5451 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be c odified
5552 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 98.21 of Title 25, unless there
5653 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
5754 The official Flag of Remembrance with respect to the events of
5855 September 11, 2001, shall be the Freedom Flag as approved by the
5956 national foundation formed to promote awareness of the significance
6057 of the events of September 11, 20 01, which contains a blue canton
6158 with one stylized star similar to the stars appearing on the flag of
6259 the United States in a similar position, centere d within five (5)
6360 bars, noncontiguous and arranged in the shape of the United States
6461 Pentagon, and containing a total of seven (7) alternating red and
