5754 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5855 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5956 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 11-103.15 of Title 70, unless
6057 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
6158 A. A school district may offer to students in grades eleven and
6259 twelve an elective course in law enforcement.
6360 B. The law enforcement elective course shall include, at a
6461 minimum:
6562 1. A general introduction to law enforcement training;

9692 C. The State Board of Education may coordinate with the Council
9793 on Law Enforcement Education and Trai ning to develop instructional
9894 materials and curricula for schools to use in the law enforcement
9995 elective course. The Board may promulgate rules to implement the
10096 provisions of this section.
10197 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective Novemb er 1, 2022.
