108 | 102 | | D. A sheriff of any county shall have autho rity to make an |

110 | 104 | | superintendent, principal, administrator, teacher, school nurse, |

111 | 105 | | board member of the education district, university staff, or other |

112 | 106 | | school staff for violating this section. |

113 | 107 | | SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified |

114 | 108 | | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 9000 of Title 70, unless there |

115 | 109 | | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: |

159 | 152 | | of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor pu nishable by a |

160 | 153 | | fine of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for the first offense, and a |
---|
161 | 154 | | fine of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for the second offense a nd/or |
---|
162 | 155 | | not more than ten (10) days in the local county jail . |

163 | 156 | | D. Nothing in this section shall be construed to apply to a ny |
---|
164 | 157 | | public or private health care setting. |

207 | 199 | | 3. The mandate shall reference the speci fic masks or medical |

208 | 200 | | devices that would meet the requirements of th e mandate. |

209 | 201 | | 4. Any mandate to implement wearin g a mask or any other medical |

210 | 202 | | device shall be reconsidered at each regularly scheduled board |
---|
211 | 203 | | meeting. |
