5350 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAH OMA:
5451 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 37A O.S. 2021, Section 5-129, is
5552 amended to read as follows:
5653 Section 5-129. A. There is hereby created in the State
5754 Treasury a revolving fund for the Oklahoma Department of
5855 Agriculture, Food, and Fores try to be designated the "Oklahoma
5956 Viticulture and Enology Center Development Revolving Fund".
6057 B. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal
6158 year limitations, and shall consist of all monies distributed to the
6259 fund:
6360 1. From the apportionm ent provided in paragraph 1 of Section
6461 107 5-104 of this act title; and

9288 2. From any other source in accordance wi th state and federal

9490 C. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby
9591 appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the De partment for
9692 the purpose of:
9793 1. Establishing a Viticulture and Enology Center on the campus
9894 of Redlands Community College Supporting viticulture programs and
9995 research at universities and colleges ;
10096 2. Developing viticulture -related and enology-related education
10197 programs;
10298 3. Developing technologi es, strategies or practices that aid in
10399 the production of grapes and win e in Oklahoma; and
104100 4. Increasing the positive economic impact of the Oklahoma wine
105101 industry on this state.
106102 D. Expenditures from the fund sha ll be made upon warrants
107103 issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by
108104 law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise
109105 Services for approval and payment.
110106 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective Nov ember 1, 2022.
