60 | 53 | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 37 A O.S. 2021, Section 7 -102, is | |

63 | 56 | 1. "Cocktail" or "mixed drink" means any beverage obtained by | |

106 | 98 | container with a lid with sipping holes or openings for straws or a | |
107 | 99 | container made of plastic, pa per or polystyrene foam; and | |
108 | 100 | 5. "Tamper evident" means a lid or cap that has been sealed | |
109 | 101 | with tamper-evident covers, including, but not limited to, wax dip | |
110 | 102 | or heat-shrink wrap. | |
111 | 103 | SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 37 A O.S. 2021, Section 7 -103, is | |
112 | 104 | amended to read as follows: | |
113 | 105 | Section 7-103. A cocktail, mixed drink or single-serve wine | |

155 | 146 | 3. The sealed container is placed in the trunk of the vehicle | |
156 | 147 | or, if there is no trunk, in the vehicle 's rear compartment that is | |
157 | 148 | not readily accessible to the passenger area ; and | |
158 | 149 | 4. The In the case of a mixe d drink sealed by the mixed | |
159 | 150 | beverage or caterer licensee, the sealed container shall be affixed | |
160 | 151 | with a label or tag that contains the following information: | |
161 | 152 | a. the cocktail, mixed drink or single -serve wine | |
162 | 153 | ingredients, type and name of the alcohol, | |
163 | 154 | b. the name, license number and address of the mixed | |
164 | 155 | beverage licensee or caterer licensee who filled the | |
