50 | 56 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be | |
51 | 57 | codified in the Oklahoma Statute s reads as follows: | |
52 | 58 | This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Judge Timothy | |
53 | 59 | R. Henderson Act". | |
54 | 60 | SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
55 | 61 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 593 of Title 21, unless there is | |
56 | 62 | created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
57 | 63 | A. It shall be unlawful for a judge of any court in this state | |
58 | 64 | to engage in a sexual relationship with a lawyer who is: | |
