| 51 | 58 | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 82 O.S. 2021, Section 1085.4, is | |

| 53 | 60 | Section 1085.4 The Oklahoma Water Resourc es Board shall prepare | |
| 54 | 61 | and charge a schedul e of reasonable fees for services rendered. The | |
| 55 | 62 | fee for the annual groundwater permit administration for the | |
| 56 | 63 | submittal of water use reports shall not exceed Twenty-five Dollars | |
| 57 | 64 | ($25.00) per permit. The Board may assess a late fee not to exceed | |
| 58 | 65 | Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) for annual groundwater use reports | |
