---|

207 | 199 | | 8. 10. "Occupation licensee" means any person who has obtained |

209 | 201 | | 9. 11. "Organization licensee " means any person receiving an |

211 | 203 | | 10. 12. "Pari-mutuel system of wagering " means a form of |

---|

257 | 248 | | Commission to hold horse races at which the pari-mutuel system of |
---|

456 | 443 | | 14. 15. Have authority to acquire or contract with, or |
---|
457 | 444 | | establish, maintain, and operate testing labo ratories and related |
---|
458 | 445 | | facilities for the purpose of conducting: |
---|
459 | 446 | | a. human substance abuse testing on occupati on licensees |
---|
460 | 447 | | who may affect the outcome of race results. Human |
---|
461 | 448 | | substance abuse tests and the laboratories performing |
---|
462 | 449 | | such tests must meet the nation ally recognized |
---|
463 | 450 | | standards specified in the Mandatory Guidelines for |
---|
464 | 451 | | Federal Workplace Drug Testing Programs adopted by the |
---|
465 | 452 | | United States Department of Health and Human Services. |
---|
466 | 453 | | The Commission may require any occupation licensee to |
---|
467 | 454 | | submit to a human subst ance abuse test if the |
---|
468 | 455 | | Commission has probable cause to believe that s uch |
---|
469 | 456 | | licensee is possessing or using a ny controlled |
---|
470 | 457 | | dangerous substance or any other drug in violation of |
---|

506 | 492 | | the Attorney General shall review and app rove the |

507 | 493 | | contract. Any contract entered into pursuant to this |
---|
