41	41	12th of June of each year as Oklahoma Military Women
42	42	in History Day; providing for codification; and

50	50	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
51	51	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
52	52	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 90.24 of Title 25, unless there
53	53	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
54	54	The 12th day of June of each year is hereby designated as
55	55	"Oklahoma Military Women in History Day " in Oklahoma. All citizens
56	56	of this state are requested to devote some portion of Oklahoma
57	57	Military Women in History Day to honor all the women who have served
58	58	in any capacity as a member of the Armed Forces of the United
59	59	States.
60	60	SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
61	61	of the public peace, health or safety, an emerge ncy is hereby
