AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to prisons and reformatories;
creating the Oklahoma Prisons and Reformatories Act
of 2022; providing for noncodification ; and providing
an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and m ay be cited as the "Oklahoma
Prisons and Reformatories Act of 2 022".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
