174174 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codi fied
175175 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 4-100.1 of Title 29, unless
176176 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
177177 LICENSES
178178 A. Except as otherwise provided by this act, no person shall
179179 hunt, pursue, trap, harass, catch, kill, take or attempt to take in
180180 any manner, use, have in possession, sell, or transport all or any
181181 portion of any wildlife, including fish, or enter any land owned,
182182 leased, or managed by the Department of Wildlife Conservation unless
183183 the person has first obtained a license, permit, or stamp from the
184184 Director of the Department or any authorized agent of the
185185 Department.
186186 B. The Oklahoma Wildlife C onservation Commission shal l
187187 prescribe, by rule, the form, type, design, manner of issuance , and
188188 the fees for such licenses, permits, and stamps; and any rules
189189 necessary to implement the provisions of this section; provided that
190190 the Commission shall of fer, but not be limited to, a three-hundred-
191191 sixty-five-day hunting and fishing license.
192192 C. The Commission may, by rule or resolution, designate
193193 discounts, sales, or exemptions to any license , permit, and stamp.
194194 SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be co dified
195195 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 4-100.2 of Title 29, unless

224224 A. Except as otherwise provided in this act, no person shall
225225 breed, possess, or raise, sell, buy, or transport out of state,
226226 export, take, accompany, transport, outfit, guide, or aid persons in
227227 taking for commercial purposes any wildlife, including fish, wi thout
228228 first having procured a license for such purposes from the Director
229229 of the Department of Wildlife Conservation pursuant to the rules
230230 promulgated by the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission.
231231 B. The Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission sh all
232232 prescribe, by rule, the form, type, design, manner of issuance , and
233233 the fees for such licenses, permits, and stamps; and any rules
234234 necessary to implement the provisions of this section.
235235 C. Any person convicted of violating the provisions of this
236236 section shall:
237237 1. Have the commercial license revoked and forfeit the
238238 privileges provided by t he license. No new license shall be issue d
239239 for a period of at least one ( 1) year from and after the date on
240240 which the revocation order becomes effective; and
241241 2. Be punished by a fine of no t less than One Thousand Dollars
242242 ($1,000.00), or by imprisonment i n the county jail for a period not
243243 to exceed six (6) months, or by confiscati on of gear, or by a
244244 combination of fine, imprisonment, and confiscation.
245245 SECTION 3. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
246246 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 4-100.3 of Title 29, unless

274274 LICENSES FOR NONCOMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES INVOLVING WILDLIFE
275275 A. Except as otherwise provided in this title or in the
276276 Oklahoma Farmed Cervidae Act, no pe rson may breed or raise wildlife
277277 for personal consumption or noncommer cial purposes, or kill or
278278 capture wildlife or take their nests or eggs for scientific purposes
279279 without having first procured a license from the Director of the
280280 Department of Wildlife Conservat ion.
281281 B. The Oklahoma Wildlife Co nservation Commission shall
282282 prescribe, by rule, the form, type, design, manner of issuance, and
283283 the fees for such licenses, permits, and stamps; and any rules
284284 necessary to implement the provisions of this section.
285285 C. Any person convicted of violating the provisions of this
286286 section shall:
287287 1. Have the noncommercial license revoked and forfeit the
288288 privileges provided by the license. No new license shall be issued
289289 for a period of at least six (6) months from and after the date on
290290 which the revocation order becomes effect ive; and
291291 2. Be punished by a fine of not less than Fifty Dollars
292292 ($50.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
293293 SECTION 4. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified

326326 SECTION 5. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified

329329 HUNTING LICENSE AUTHORITY
330330 The Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission shall prescribe,
331331 by administrative rule, the form, type, des ign, manner of issuance,
332332 and fees for hunting licenses.
333333 SECTION 6. AMENDATORY 29 O.S. 2021, Section 4-101, is
334334 amended to read as follows:
335335 Section 4-101. A. All licenses and permits issued by t he
336336 Director of Wildlife Conservation, the Department of Wildlife
337337 Conservation or by any of its a gents shall be used only in
338338 conformity with the provisions of this title and the rules
339339 promulgated by the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission.
340340 B. All persons making application for any licenses required by
341341 this section shall produce a valid license to operate a motor
342342 vehicle or other positive pro of of identification, age and
343343 residency, and any such license issued shall show such data as well
344344 as the date and time of issuance.
345345 C. All licenses are nontransferable. No per son shall alter,
346346 change, lend or transfer any license. No person shall use or borrow

373373 a license which has not been issued to that person by the Director,
374374 the Department or by any of its agent s pursuant to the provisions of
375375 this section.
376376 D. No person may engage in activities requiring a license
377377 without that person's carrying such license on their person and
378378 producing the same for an inspection upon the demand of any Oklahoma
379379 citizen or game warden.
380380 E. Any person required to produce a license must also iden tify
381381 themselves as the person t o whom such license was issued, and
382382 failure or refusal to comply shall be deemed prima facie evidence of
383383 a violation of this section.
384384 F. Unless otherwise provi ded in this Code:
385385 1. Hunting licenses is sued pursuant to paragra ph 1 of
386386 subsection C and parag raphs 1 and 3 of subsection E of Section 4 -112
387387 of this title and paragraphs 1 and 3 of subsection B of Section 4-
388388 113 of this title shall expire on December 31 o f the year issued.
389389 Hunting licenses issue d pursuant to paragraph 2 of subsection C and
390390 paragraphs 2 and 4 of subsection E of Section 4 -112 of this title
391391 and paragraphs 2 and 4 of subsection B of Section 4-113 of this
392392 title shall expire on June 30 of the f iscal year issued. All other
393393 licenses shall terminate December 31 for the year issued; and
394394 2. Any, any person convicted of violating any of the p rovisions
395395 of this title may have any or all licenses held by that person or
396396 the privilege of applying for, purchas ing or exercising the benefits
397397

423423 conferred by the licenses revoked b y the Department in accordance
424424 with rules promulgated by the Commission or b y a court of competent
425425 jurisdiction for a period of not less than one (1) year. For
426426 purposes of this paragraph, a court conviction, a plea of guilty, a
427427 plea of nolo contendere, th e imposition of a deferred or suspended
428428 sentence by a court, or forfeiture o f bond shall be deemed a
429429 conviction.
430430 G. Should any license or permit issued pursuant to Part 1 of
431431 Article IV of this title be lost or destroyed, dupli cates will shall
432432 be issued by the Department at a fee of One Dollar and fifty cent s
433433 ($1.50) determined by the Commission.
434434 H. Upon harvesting any whitetail or mule deer, or any ot her
435435 wildlife where the hunter, according to Co mmission rules, is
436436 required to check the wildlife in at a Department check station, the
437437 taker of the wildlife shall:
438438 1. Securely attach the n ame of the taker, time of harvest, date
439439 of harvest and license numbe r to the carcass of the wildlife;
440440 2. Check in the carcass of the wildlife el ectronically using
441441 the online check station provided on the offi cial website of the
442442 Oklahoma Department of Wild life Conservation or as prescribed by
443443 rule of the Commission, within twenty-four (24) hours of leaving the
444444 hunt area and in all cases prior to pr ocessing the carcass; and
445445 3. Not remove evidence of the sex of the animal until after the
446446 carcass of the anima l has been checked in.

473473 I. It shall be unlawful for any license or p ermit holder to
474474 knowingly make a false stateme nt or give false information to any
475475 authorized hunter check station or to an authorized Departm ent
476476 employee when complying with the provisions of subsection H of this
477477 section. Information which may be collecte d at a Department check
478478 station shall include but not be limited to the name, address,
479479 license or permit number and signature of the taker, t he date, time,
480480 county, method or weapon of the kill, sex and weight of carcass,
481481 whether or not the animal was taken on public hunting land and if so
482482 in what area, or any other information whic h may be required by the
483483 Commission.
484484 J. 1. Any person convicte d of violating the provisions of this
485485 section or of making a false statement or giving any false
486486 information in order to acquire any license or permit, pursuant to
487487 the provisions of this secti on, shall be punishable by a fine of not
488488 less than One Hundred D ollars ($100.00) nor more than Two Hundred
489489 Fifty Dollars ($250.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail for a
490490 period not to exceed ten (10) days, or by both su ch fine and
491491 imprisonment. Any person convicted of a second or subsequent
492492 violation of the prov isions of this section or of making a false
493493 statement or giving any false information in order to acquire any
494494 license or permit, pursuant to the provisions of th is section, shall
495495 be punishable by a fine of not less than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars
496496 ($250.00) nor more than Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750 .00), or by

523523 imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exce ed ten (10)
524524 days, or by both such fine and imp risonment.
525525 2. Any hunting or f ishing license issued to a person by the
526526 Department of Wildlife Conservation shall be automatically revoked
527527 upon conviction of the person of violating the provisions of this
528528 section. The revocation shall be for a period set by the court of
529529 not less than one (1) year nor more than ten (10) years. If the
530530 court does not set a period, the revocation shall be for one (1)
531531 year from the date of the conviction. During this period of
532532 revocation, the Department shall not issue the pe rson a hunting or
533533 fishing license. If the court does not set a revocation period, the
534534 Department shall not issue that person a license within one (1) year
535535 of the conviction of the person pursuant to this secti on. A person
536536 who has a license or permit revo ked pursuant to this section sh all
537537 surrender the revoked license or permit to the court , or the court
538538 may order the defendant to surrender the license or permit directly
539539 to an officer from the Department of Wil dlife Conservation present
540540 at the hearing. If the license or permit is surre ndered to the
541541 court, the court shall send the Department of Wildlife Conservation
542542 the revoked license. The court shall also send the Department a
543543 copy of the judgment of conviction. For purposes of this section,
544544 "conviction" shall include a plea of guilt y or nolo contendere to an
545545 offense or the imposition of deferred adjudication for an offense.

573573 required by this subsection, the court clerk may transmit the
574574 conviction information by using an electronic method authorized by
575575 the Department of Wildl ife Conservation.
576576 K. Any person who has had th eir license privileges revoked
577577 shall not be entitled to purchase, ap ply for, or exercise the
578578 benefits conferred by any lic ense until the revocation perio d has
579579 expired or the person has obtained approval from t he Director. Any
580580 person violating the provisio ns of this subsection, upon conviction,
581581 shall be punished by a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars
582582 ($500.00), or by imprisonment in a county jail for a term of not
583583 more than ninety (90) days or by both the fine and imprisonment.
584584 Upon conviction under this subsection, the previously granted
585585 license revocation period shall be extended by two (2) additional
586586 years.
587587 SECTION 7. AMENDATORY 29 O.S. 2021, Section 4 -110, is
588588 amended to read as follows:
589589 Section 4-110. A. Except as otherwise provid ed in the Oklahoma
590590 Wildlife Conservation Code, no person shal l fish, pursue, harass,
591591 catch, kill, take in a ny manner, use, have in possessi on, sell, or
592592 transport all or any portion of fish withou t having first procured a
593593 license for such from the Director or from any of the authorized
594594 agents of the Department of Wil dlife Conservation. The Wildlife
595595 Conservation Commission may designate two (2 ) days per year in which

622622 residents and nonresidents may fish without first procuring a
623623 fishing license pursuant to th e provisions of this section.
624624 B. The following legal residen ts of Oklahoma shall be exempt
625625 from the annual fishing license requirements of subsection C of this
626626 section and the following nonresid ents shall be exempt from the
627627 annual nonresident fishing lice nses required pursuant to subsection
628628 E of this section:
629629 1. Legal residents under sixteen (16) years of age and
630630 nonresidents under sixteen (16) years of age from states which do
631631 not require nonresident fishing licenses for persons under sixteen
632632 (16) years of age;
633633 2. Legal residents sixty-five (65) years of age or o lder and
634634 nonresidents sixty-five (65) years of age or older from states which
635635 do not require nonresident fishing licenses for persons sixty-five
636636 (65) years of age or older, provided a legal resid ent has obtained a
637637 senior citizen lifetime fishing or combina tion hunting and fishing
638638 license pursuant to t he provisions of Section 4-114 of this title;
639639 3. Legal residents born on or before Janu ary 1, 1923;
640640 4. Legal resident veterans having a disability of sixty percent
641641 (60%) or more and registered with the vetera ns registry created by
642642 the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs; provided, that if the
643643 veteran has previously received an exemption pursuant to this
644644 paragraph, no registration with the veteran s registry shall be
645645 required. The Oklahoma Wildlife Conserva tion Commission shall

674674 5. Legal resident owners or tenan ts, their spouses, parents,
675675 grandparents, children and their spouses, grandchildren and their
676676 spouses who fish in private ponds on land owned or leased by them;
677677 6. Any legal resident or nonresident w ho is a patient of an
678678 institution of the State of Oklaho ma established for the care and
679679 treatment of mental illness o r alcohol or drug dependency or any
680680 developmentally disabled person residing in any group home or other
681681 institution or developmentally disa bled persons when accompanied by
682682 an attendant of the ins titution or legal guardian of the patient, or
683683 when fishing on institutional property;
684684 7. Any legal resident or nonresiden t under eighteen (18) years
685685 of age who is in the legal and physical custody of the State of
686686 Oklahoma or one of its agencies by court o rder;
687687 8. Any legal resident or nonresident under eighteen (1 8) years
688688 of age who is in the physical custody of a child car e facility as
689689 defined by Section 402 of Title 10 of the Oklahoma Statutes;
690690 9. Any legal resident or nonresident who is legally blind or
691691 who has any other physical impairment, as certified by a p hysician
692692 licensed in this state or any state which borders th is state, which
693693 prevents the person from prope rly using fishing apparatus with out
694694 the assistance of another person, and any one person actually
695695 accompanying and actually assisting such legally bl ind or otherwise

725725 11. Any legal resident or nonresident who is a Job Corps
726726 trainee of this state, provided that the trainees shall have on
727727 their persons a duly authorized identification card issued by their
728728 respective Job Corps Center and shall present the card upon reques t,
729729 in lieu of a fishing license. The trainees shall return t heir cards
730730 to their respective Job Corps Center when the trai nees leave their
731731 respective Job Corps training programs;
732732 12. Any legal reside nt having a proven disability which renders
733733 the resident nonambulatory and confined to a wheelchair as certified
734734 by a physician licensed in this state or any state which borders
735735 this state;
736736 13. Any legal resident who is fis hing with a pole and line,
737737 trotline, or throwline in streams, natural lakes, natural pon ds, and
738738 mine pits in the county in which the person is a resi dent, or in
739739 streams, natural lakes, natural ponds, and mine p its which form a
740740 part of the boundary line of the county in which the person i s a
741741 resident, when using any bait other than commercial or artificial
742742 bait, blood, stink bait, cut fish, and shrimp; and
743743 14. Any legal resident or nonresident participating in a n
744744 aquatic education event or clinic sanctioned by the Department of
745745 Wildlife Conservation.

788788 to the provisions of this section and the fee for each shall be:
789789 1. Annual fishing license for nonresidents - Fifty-four Dollars
790790 ($54.00), provided the Commission may enter i nto reciprocity
791791 agreements with states wherein nonresident license fees shall be in
792792 conformity with such reciproca l agreements;

835835 G. Legal residents who h ave resided in this state for at least
836836 six (6) months and who are receiving Social Security Disability
837837 benefits, Supplemental Security Income benefits, disability benefits
838838 under the Railroad Retirement Act, 45 U.S.C.A., Section 231a, postal
839839 employees receiving disability benefits pursuant to 5 U.S.C.,
840840 Section 8451 (1998) or legal residents who are one hundred percent
841841 (100%) disabled and are receiving disability payments from th e
842842 Multiple Injury Trust Fund pursua nt to Section 403 of Title 85 of
843843 the Oklahoma Statutes, may purchase a disabili ty fishing license
844844 from the Director for Ten Dollars ($10.00) for five (5) years.

871871 B. The Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission shall
872872 prescribe, by rule, the form, type, design, manner of issuance , and
873873 the fees for such licenses, permits, and stamps; and any rules
874874 necessary to implement the provisions of this section.
875875 H. 1. C. Any person arrested while violating the provisions
876876 of this section who does not meet the requirements of subsection K F
877877 of this section, may purchase a substitute temporary th irty-day
878878 license from the arresting game warden in lieu of posting bond. The
879879 Commission shall, by rule, determine the fee for a substitute
880880 license purchased pursuant to the provisions of this subsection
881881 shall be:
882882 a. for legal residents, Fifty Dollars ($50 .00), and
883883 b. for nonresidents, Ninety Dollars ($90.00).
884884 2. Except as otherwise provided by this subsection, the fe es
885885 from licenses purchased pursuant to the provisions of this
886886 subsection shall be deposited in t he Wildlife Conservation Fund to
887887 be used exclusively for developing, m anaging, preserving, and
888888 protecting wildlife and wildlife habitat .
889889 I. D. Unless a substitute license is purchased a s provided for
890890 by subsection H C of this section, any resident of this state
891891 convicted of violating the provisions of this section shall be
892892 punished by the imposition of a fine of not less than Twenty-five
893893 Dollars ($25.00) Fifty Dollars ($50.00) nor more than Two Hundred
894894 Dollars ($200.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail f or a period

927927 Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail
928928 for a period of not more than thirty (30) days, or by both such fine
929929 and imprisonment.
930930 K. F. Any person producing proof in court that a curren t
931931 fishing license issued by the Department of Wildlife Conservation to
932932 that person was in force at the time of the alleged offense shall b e
933933 entitled to dismissal of a char ge of violating this section upon
934934 payment of court costs. If proof of a current fish ing license
935935 issued by the Department to the person that was in force at the time
936936 of the alleged offense is presented to the court or distr ict
937937 attorney within seventy -two (72) hours after the violation, the
938938 charge shall be dismissed without payment of court costs.
939939 G. The Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission shall
940940 promulgate any rules necessary to implement the provisions of this
941941 section.

970970 Section 4-112. A. Except as otherwise provided for in the
971971 Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Code or the Oklahoma Farmed Cervidae
972972 Act, no person may hunt, pursue, trap, harass, catch, kill, take or
973973 attempt to take in any manner, use, have in possessi on, sell, or
974974 transport all or any portion of any wildlife except fish, without
975975 having first procured a license from the Department of Wildlife
976976 Conservation. The Wildlife Conservation Commission shall designate
977977 a consecutive Saturday and Sunday in Septembe r of each year as free
978978 hunting days in which residents of this state may hunt without first
979979 procuring a hunting license pursuant to the provisions of this
980980 section.
981981 The Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission shall prescrib e,
982982 by rule, the form, type, desi gn, manner of issuance, and the fee for
983983 these licenses, permits and stamps; and any rules necessary to
984984 implement the provisions of this section.
985985 B. The following legal residents of Oklahoma shall be exempt
986986 from the annual hunting license requirement of pa ragraph 1 of
987987 subsection F of this section and the following nonresidents shall be
988988 exempt from the annual nonresident hunting licenses required
989989 pursuant to paragraph 1 of subsection C of this section:
990990 1. Legal residents under sixteen (16) years of age;
991991 2. Legal residents sixty-five (65) years of age or older
992992 provided they have obtained a senior citizen lifetime hunting or

10321032 of age who is in the physical custody of a child care facility as
10331033 defined by Section 402 of Title 10 of the Oklahoma Statutes; and
10341034 9. Any legal resident or nonres ident hunting, pursuing,
10351035 trapping, harassing, catching, killing, taking, or attempting to
10361036 take in any manner any species of rattlesnake during an organized
10371037 rattlesnake-hunting event or festival and who has a rattlesnake
10381038 permit issued pursuant to Section 4 -143 of this title.
10391039 C. Except as otherwise provided for in the Oklahoma Wildlife
10401040 Conservation Code, th e nonresident hunting licenses issued pursuant

14741474 game or exotic wildlife in a commercial huntin g area shall be
14751475 required to have one of the following licenses:
14761476 1. An annual hunting license issued pursuant to paragraph 1, 2,
14771477 3 or 4 of subsection F of this section;
14781478 2. An annual hunting and fishing combination license issued
14791479 pursuant to Section 4 -113 of this title;
14801480 3. A five-year hunting license or five-year combination hunting
14811481 and fishing license issued pursuant to Section 4 -113.1 of this
14821482 title; or
14831483 4. A lifetime hunting licens e or lifetime combination hunting
14841484 and fishing license issued pursuant to Section 4-114 of this title.
14851485 H. Of the fees collected pursuant to the provisions of

15161516 I. The provisions of this section shall not be construed to
15171517 require a hunting license, res ident or nonresident, of any person
15181518 merely because the person participate s, as owner or handler of an
15191519 entry, as an official, or as a spectator in the conduct of a field
15201520 trial or performance test of dogs, whether a resident or nonresident
15211521 of the State of Oklahoma. No license to hunt shall be required of
15221522 any person engaged in tr aining or working dogs, prov ided that person
15231523 is in no way engaged in hunting and does not take or attempt to take
15241524 in any manner any game.
15251525 J. 1. B. Any person arrested for hunting ga me other than deer,
15261526 antelope, elk, bear or turkey without a valid hunting li cense as
15271527 required by the provisions of subsection A of this section may
15281528 purchase a substitute temporary thirty -day license from the
15291529 arresting game warden in lieu of posting bond. Proof of hunter
15301530 safety certification will not be required for the temporary
15311531 substitute license. The Commission shall, by rule, determine the
15321532 fee for a substitute license purchased pursuant to the provisions of
15331533 this subsection shall be:
15341534 a. for legal residents, Fifty Dollars ($50.00), and
15351535 b. for nonresidents, One Hundred Forty -five Dollars
15361536 ($145.00).

15631563 2. Except as otherwise provided for by this subsection, the
15641564 fees from licenses purchased pursuant to the provisions of this
15651565 subsection shall be deposited in th e Wildlife Conservation Fund to
15661566 be used exclusively for developing, managing, preserving, and
15671567 protecting wildlife and wildlife habitat.
15681568 K. C. Any person producing proof in court that a current
15691569 hunting license issued by the Department of Wildlife Conservat ion to
15701570 that person was in force at the time of the alleged offense shall be
15711571 entitled to dismissal o f a charge of violating this section upon
15721572 payment of court costs. If proof of a current hunting license
15731573 issued by the Department to the person that was in f orce at the time
15741574 of the alleged offense is presented to the court or district
15751575 attorney within seven ty-two (72) hours after the violation, the
15761576 charge shall be dismissed without payment of court costs.
15771577 L. D. Unless a substitute license is purchased as provi ded for
15781578 by subsection J B of this section, any resident convicted of
15791579 violating the provisions of this section shall be punished by the
15801580 imposition of a fine of not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00)
15811581 Fifty Dollars ($50.00) nor more than Two Hundred Dolla rs ($200.00),
15821582 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed
15831583 thirty (30) days, or b y both.
15841584 M. E. Unless a substitute license is purchased as provided for
15851585 by subsection J B of this section, any nonresident convicted of
15861586 violating the provisions of this section shall be punished by the

16201620 SECTION 9. AMENDATORY 29 O.S. 2021, Section 4 -132, is

16221622 Section 4-132. A. The Department of Wildlife Conservation is
16231623 hereby authorized to issue an Oklahoma Wildlife Habitat Stamp to any
16241624 person upon the voluntary payment of a fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00).
16251625 Said fee shall be deposited in the W ildlife Land Acquisition Fund
16261626 created in subsection C of this section.
16271627 B. The Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission shall
16281628 promulgate rules specifying the form, design, and manner of issuance
16291629 of said wildlife habitat stamp.
16301630 C. A. There is hereby creat ed in the State Treasury a
16311631 revolving fund for the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission to
16321632 be designated the "Wildlife Land Acquisition Fund ". The fund shall
16331633 be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and
16341634 shall consist of all monies received pursuant to the provisions of
16351635 this section by the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission

16751675 specified in subsection D B of this section. Expenditures from sa id
16761676 fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer
16771677 against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the
16781678 Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and
16791679 payment.
16801680 D. B. The Wildlife Land Acquisition Fund shall be used by the
16811681 Oklahoma Wildlife Conserv ation Commission for the acquisition on a
16821682 willing-seller willing-buyer basis only, leasing, taking of
16831683 easements, development, management, and enhancement of lands
16841684 acquired pursuant to this section for the following purposes :

17211721 subsection C A of this section. Any property received pursuant to
17221722 this subsection which is n ot suitable for the purposes of this
17231723 section may be sold by the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission
17241724 and the proceeds from such sales shall be deposited in the Wildlife
17251725 Land Acquisition Fund created in subsection C A of this section.
17261726 F. D. Whenever the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission
17271727 acquires title to land pursuant to this section, the Commission
17281728 shall annually make in lieu o f tax payments equal to the average ad
17291729 valorem tax per acre paid on similar land in that county. Said
17301730 payments shall be made to the county treasurer of the county in
17311731 which the land is located.
17321732 E. The Oklahoma Wildlife Co nservation Commission shall
17331733 prescribe any rules necessary to implement the provisions of this
17341734 section.
