An Act relating to the Commissioners of the Land
Office; creating the Commissioners of the Land Office
Modernization Act of 2022; providing for
noncodification; and providing an effective date .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follo ws:
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Commissioners
of the Land Office Moderni zation Act of 2022".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
