51	48		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF O KLAHOMA:
52	49		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
53	50		in the Oklahoma Statu tes as Section 1136A of Title 47, unless there
54	51		is created a duplication i n numbering, reads as follows:
55	52		The Department of Public Safety shall desig n and create a
56	53		designated license plate for deaf and hear ing-impaired drivers.
57	54		These drivers shall have the option to use th ese specially
58	55		designated license plate s.
59	56		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
