|---|

|---|
| 259 | 254 | | closely aligned to the sub ject areas and grade levels recognized o n |
|---|
| 260 | 255 | | the out-of-state certificate. |

| 558 | 547 | | O. P. For the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 school years, the |

| 559 | 548 | | Department shall identify school districts to implement the teaching |
|---|
| 560 | 549 | | certificates provided for in this section o n a pilot program basis |
|---|
| 561 | 550 | | with the assistance of public-private partnerships, funding fro m |
|---|
| 562 | 551 | | philanthropic organizations or federal grants. |
|---|
| 563 | 552 | | P. Q. The Department shall seek funding necessary for the |
|---|
| 564 | 553 | | administration of this section. If funding for the administr ation |
|---|
| 565 | 554 | | of the teaching certificates liste d in subsections I and J and K is |
|---|
| 566 | 555 | | not available, the Dep artment shall not be required to fulfill the |
|---|
| 567 | 556 | | requirements listed in subsections L, M, N and, O, and P of this |
|---|
| 568 | 557 | | section. |
|---|
| 569 | 558 | | Q. R. The State Board of Education shall promulgate rules to |
|---|
| 570 | 559 | | implement the provisions of this act. |
|---|
| 571 | 560 | | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022. |
