50	50	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
51	51	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
52	52	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2006 of Title 56, unless there
53	53	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
54	54	Section 2006. The Department of Human Services shall send, by
55	55	registered or certified mail:
56	56	1. A notice to persons when they are added to the Developmental
57	57	Disabilities Services Division waiting list; and
58	58	2. An annual notice to persons on the Developmental
59	59	Disabilities Services Division waiting list. The letter shall
60	60	contain information relating to their status on the Developmental
61	61	Disabilities Services Division waiting list.
