An Act relating to the Oklahoma Department of Tourism
and Recreation; enacting the Oklahoma Tourism and
Recreation Department Personnel Policy Act of 2022;
providing for noncodificati on; and providing an
effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statu tes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Oklahoma
Tourism and Recreation Department Personnel Policy Act of 2022".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
