43	44		Needed Oklahoma Workers Act; creating a r evolving

52	53		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
53	54		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
54	55		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3235.1 of Title 70, unless there
55	56		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
56	57		This act shall be known and may be ci ted as the "Needed Oklahoma
57	58		Workers Act".
58	59		SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
59	60		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3235.2 of Title 70, unless there
60	61		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
61	62		There is hereby created in the State Treas ury a revolving fund
62	63		for the Oklahoma State Regent s for Higher Education to be designated
63	64		the "Needed Oklahoma Workers Fund". The fund shall be a continuing

90	92		fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist o f
91	93		monies received by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education
92	94		from state appropriations for the purpose of this fund. All monies
93	95		accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may
94	96		be budgeted and expended by the State Regents for the purpose of
95	97		operating the Needed Oklahoma Workers Fund.
