BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be co dified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2415 of Title 12, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: In any case involving the De partment of Human Services, Child Protective Services, or any other government entity involved in the determination of the fitness of a parent or guardian to have parental rights, custody, visi tation, or guardianship of a minor child or an incapacitated adult , the following is not admissible: Evidence of the vaccination status of a: a. parent or one seeking to be deemed a parent , b. guardian or one seeking to be deemed a guardian , Req. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2416 of Title 12, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: Vaccination status shall not be a factor in any administrati ve or judicial decree, order, or judgm ent of deprived status, child neglect, child abuse, child sup port, parental rights, cus tody, visitation, or guardianship.
