AS INTRODUCED 
 
An Act relating to children; providing that 
vaccination status is inadmissible evidence in 
certain circumstances; prohibiting vaccinati on status 
from being a factor in certain circum stances; 
providing for codification; and provid ing an 
effective date. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: 
SECTION 1.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be co dified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2415 of Title 12, unless there 
is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: 
In any case involving the De partment of Human Services, Child 
Protective Services, or any other government entity involved in the 
determination of the fitness of a parent or guardian to have 
parental rights, custody, visi tation, or guardianship of a minor 
child or an incapacitated adult , the following is not admissible: 
Evidence of the vaccination status of a: 
a. parent or one seeking to be deemed a parent , 
b. guardian or one seeking to be deemed a guardian ,

c. minor child, or 
d. ward or one over whom guardianship is sou ght. 
SECTION 2.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2416 of Title 12, unless there 
is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: 
Vaccination status shall not be a factor in any administrati ve 
or judicial decree, order, or judgm ent of deprived status, child 
neglect, child abuse, child sup port, parental rights, cus tody, 
visitation, or guardianship. 
SECTION 3.  This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
