AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to the Consumer Credit Code ;
repealing 14A O.S. 2021, Sections 2-211 and 2-417,
which relate to surcharges; and providing an
effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 14A O.S. 2021, Sections 2-211 and 2-
417, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective Novemb er 1, 2022.
