50	50	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
51	51	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 59 O.S. 2021, Section 199.14, is
52	52	amended to read as follows:
53	53	Section 199.14 A. The following fees sh all be charged by the
54	54	State Board of Cosmetology and Barbering:

137	137	B. In addition to the fees specified in subsection A of this
138	138	section, the Board shall charge a total late penalty of Ten Dollars
139	139	($10.00), as provided for in Section 199.10 of this title.
140	140	C. Any person licensed as an advanced operator pr ior to July 1,
141	141	1985, may renew the advanced cosm etologist license annually by
142	142	payment of the fee required by this section and by being in
143	143	compliance with the rules promulgated by the State Board of
144	144	Cosmetology and Barbering.
145	145	SECTION 2. This act shall become effect ive November 1, 2022.
