51 | 56 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
52 | 57 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1740.3 of Title 21, unless there | |
53 | 58 | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
54 | 59 | Any person who has previously been convicted of larceny of a | |
55 | 60 | catalytic converter and who has in his or her possession, custody, | |
56 | 61 | or concealed about his or her person, or transports or causes to be | |
57 | 62 | transported, any combination of two or more of the following tools: | |
58 | 63 | 1. Battery-powered reciprocating saw; | |
59 | 64 | 2. Reciprocating saw blades; | |
60 | 65 | 3. Pliers; | |
