5050 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5151 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
5252 codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
5353 This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Sergeant Craig
5454 Johnson Act".
5555 SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 21 O.S. 2021, Section 173, is
5656 amended to read as follows:
5757 Section 173. All persons who, after the commission of any
5858 felony, conceal or aid the offe nder, with knowledge that he or she
5959 has committed a felony, and with intent that he the person may avoid
6060 or escape from arrest, trial, conviction, or punishment, are
6161 accessories. In the case of murder, a person is accountable under

9191 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preser vation
