50	50	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
51	51	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
52	52	codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
53	53	This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Sergeant Craig
54	54	Johnson Act".
55	55	SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 21 O.S. 2021, Section 173, is
56	56	amended to read as follows:
57	57	Section 173. All persons who, after the commission of any
58	58	felony, conceal or aid the offe nder, with knowledge that he or she
59	59	has committed a felony, and with intent that he the person may avoid
60	60	or escape from arrest, trial, conviction, or punishment, are
61	61	accessories. In the case of murder, a person is accountable under
62	62	this statute for access ory to murder if the person knew or

90	90	victim could foreseeably result in the death of the victim.
91	91	SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preser vation
92	92	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
93	93	declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
94	94	be in full force from and after its passage an d approval.
