50 | 50 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: |

51 | 51 | | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be |

52 | 52 | | codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows: |

53 | 53 | | This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Sergeant Craig |

55 | 55 | | SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 21 O.S. 2021, Section 173, is |

56 | 56 | | amended to read as follows: |

57 | 57 | | Section 173. All persons who, after the commission of any |

58 | 58 | | felony, conceal or aid the offe nder, with knowledge that he or she |
