28	52		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

30	53		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to b e codified
31	54		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 256 of Title 62, unless there is
32	55		created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

34	56		There is hereby created in the State Treasury a special fund to
35	57		be designated the "Progressing Rural Economic Prosperity Fund", also
36	58		known as the "PREP Fund". Said fund shall be subjec t to legislative
37	59		appropriation or transfer as provid ed by law and shall consist of
38	60		all such monies as the Legislature may direct to be appropriated or
39	61		transferred to said fund.

41	62		SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
42	63		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency i s hereby
