25	50		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

27	51		SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma
28	52		Department of Mines from any monies not otherwise appropriated from
29	53		the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year
30	54		ending June 30, 2021, the sum of Two Hundred Fifty-one Thousand
31	55		Sixty-eight Dollars ($251,068.00) or so much thereof as may be
32	56		necessary to perform the duties imposed upon the Oklahoma Department
33	57		of Mines by law.

35	58		SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
36	59		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
37	60		declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
38	61		be in full force from and after its passage an d approval.
