27	54		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

29	55		SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Progressing
30	56		Rural Economic Prosperity Fund created pursuant to Enrolled House
31	57		Bill No. 4456 of the 2nd Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature
32	58		from any monies not otherwise a ppropriated from the General Revenue
33	59		Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021,
34	60		the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Millio n Dollars ($250,000,000.00) to be
35	61		budgeted and expended in acc ordance with law.

37	62		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2022.

39	63		SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
40	64		of the public peace, h ealth or safety, an emergency is hereby
