2854 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPL E OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

30-SECTION 1. From the funds appropriated to the Office of the
31-Attorney General in Enrolled Senate Bill No. 1040 of the 2nd Session
32-of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, the Office of the A ttorney General
33-is hereby authorized to expend Eight Hundred Seventy Thousand Four

51105 SECTION 4. Appropriations made by this act, not including
52106 appropriations made for capital outlay purposes, may be budgeted for
53107 the fiscal year ending June 30 , 2023 (hereafter FY-23) or may be
54108 budgeted for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024 (hereafter FY-24).
55109 Funds budgeted for FY -23 may be encumbered only through June 30,
56110 2023, and must by expended by November 15, 2023. Any funds
57111 remaining after Nove mber 15, 2023, and not budgeted for FY -24, shall
58112 lapse to the credit of the proper fund for the then current fiscal
59113 year. Funds budgeted for FY -24 may be encumbered only through June

60140 30, 2024. Any funds remaining after November 15, 2024, shall lapse
61141 to the credit of the proper fund for the then c urrent fiscal year.
62142 These appropriations may not be budgeted in both fiscal years
63143 simultaneously. Funds budgeted in FY -23, and not required to pay
64144 obligations for that fiscal year, may be budgeted for FY -24, after
65145 the agency to which the funds have been ap propriated has prepared
66146 and submitted a budget work program revision removing these funds
67147 from the FY-23 budget work program and after su ch revision has been
68148 approved by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services .
