26	48		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

28	49		SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Inflation Relief
29	50		Stimulus Fund created pursuant to Enrolled H ouse Bill No. 4474 of
30	51		the 2nd Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature from any monies not
31	52		otherwise appropriated from the General Revenue Fund of the State
32	53		Treasury for the fiscal year ending June 3 0, 2021, the sum of One
33	54		Hundred Eighty-one Million Twenty-six Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty
34	55		Dollars ($181,026,750.00) to be budgeted and expended in acc ordance
35	56		with law.

37	57		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2022.

39	58		SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the pre servation
40	59		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
41	60		declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
42	61		be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
