42	42	A Joint Resolution directing the Secretary of State

44	44	rejection the repeal of Se ction 2 of Article XX of
45	45	the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma; providing

52	52	NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
53	53	AND THE SENATE OF THE 1ST SESSION OF THE 58TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
54	54	SECTION 1. The Secretary of State shall refer to the people for
55	55	their approval or rejection, as and in the manner provided by law,
56	56	the repeal of Section 2 of Article XX of the Constitution of the
57	57	State of Oklahoma which relates to flash tests and specific gravity
58	58	tests for kerosene oil.
59	59	SECTION 2. The Ballot Title for the proposed Constitutional
60	60	amendment as set forth in SECTION 1 of this resolution shall be in
61	61	the following form:

90	90	THE GIST OF THE PROPOSITION IS AS FOLLOWS:
91	91	This measure amends the Oklahoma Constitution. It repeals
92	92	Section 2 of Article 20. It would eliminate a requirement that the
93	93	flash test for kerosene oil used for lighting purposes be at 115
94	94	degrees Fahrenheit and the gravity test at 40 degrees Baume.

98	98	SECTION 3. The Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives,
