53	53	BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THE SENATE OF THE
54	54	1ST SESSION OF THE 58TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
55	55	SECTION 1. The Secretary of State shall refer to the people for
56	56	their approval or rejection, as and in the manner provided by law,
57	57	the following proposed amendment to the Constitution of the State of
58	58	Oklahoma by adding a new Section 14.1 to Article VI thereof, to read
59	59	as follows:
60	60	Section 14.1 This act shall be known and may be cited as the
61	61	"Executive Branch Powers Modernization Act of 2021".
