54	54	BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THE SENATE OF THE
55	55	1ST SESSION OF THE 58 TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
56	56	SECTION 1. The Secretary of State shall refer to the people for
57	57	their approval or rejection, as and in the manner provided by law,
58	58	the following proposed amendment to the Constitution of the State of
59	59	Oklahoma by adding a new Section 14.1 to Article VI thereof, to read
60	60	as follows:
61	61	Section 14.1 This act shall be known and may be cited as the
62	62	"Executive Branch Powers Modernization Act of 2021 ".
