75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 22 O.S. 2011, Section 1223, is
77	77	amended to read as follows:
78	78	Section 1223. A. A search warrant shall not be issued except
79	79	upon probable cause, supported by affidavit, naming or describing
80	80	the person, and particularly describing the property and the place
81	81	to be searched.
82	82	B. For the enforcement of any lawful order, policy or law
83	83	restricting the gathering of people d uring a declared pandemic, no
84	84	search warrant shall be iss ued on a finding of probable cause based
85	85	solely on the number of motor vehicles parked around or upon the
