86 | 152 | government, state government, tribal governments, private res ources | |
87 | 153 | or other financial resources, in order to adequately maintain the | |
88 | 154 | MKARNS; | |

97 | 159 | and enhanced use of the MKARNS by for -profit business enterprises in | |
