4975 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5076 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5177 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1450.1 of Title 12, unless there
5278 is created a duplication in numb ering, reads as follows:
5379 Any entity operating under the protections of a platfo rm as
5480 defined by the Communications Decency Act, 47 U.S.C. Section 230 ,
5581 that engages in censorship activities consistent with the definition
5682 of a publisher or that removes content that is not prohibited by law
5783 shall be fined Ten Thousand Dollars ( $10,000.00) per each instance.
5884 Any entity that has a business facility or subsidiary in this state
5985 and receives any tax break, subsidy , exemption or incentive shall be
6086 ineligible to receive s uch benefits for any year in which t hey have
6187 engaged in censorship activities . The Attorney General shall be

139+responsible for the enforcement of this section. Any fines received
90140 shall be deposited with fifty percent (50%) credited to the General
91141 Revenue Fund, twenty-five percent (25%) credited to the aggrieved
92142 party and twenty-five percent (25%) going to the Attorney General’s
93143 Revolving Fund.
94144 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
