29	57		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

31	58		SECTION 1. From the funds appropriated to the Office of
32	59		Juvenile Affairs in Enrolled Senate Bill No. 1040 of the 2nd Session
33	60		of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, the sum of Two Million Five
34	61		Hundred Thousand Dollars ($ 2,500,000.00) shall be used to update the
35	62		Children’s Emergency Resource Center rates.

37	63		SECTION 2. From the funds appro priated to the Office of
38	64		Juvenile Affairs in Enrolled Senate Bill No. 1040 of the 2nd Session
39	65		of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty

51	100		SECTION 4. From the funds appropriated to the Office of
52	101		Juvenile Affairs in Enrolled Senate Bill No. 1040 of the 2nd Session
53	102		of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, the sum of One Million Nine
54	103		Hundred Fifty-seven Thousand Dollars ($1,957,000.00) shall be used
55	104		for program development and enhancements .

57	105		SECTION 5. From the funds appropriated to the Office of
58	106		Juvenile Affairs in Enrolled Senate Bill No. 1040 of the 2nd Session
59	107		of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, the sum of One Million Seven
60	108		Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($1,715,000.00) shall be used to
61	109		increase funding for the transitional community housing and
62	110		independent program.

64	111		SECTION 6. Appropriations made by Enrolled Senate Bill No. 1040
65	112		of the 2nd Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, not includin g
66	113		appropriations made for capital outlay purpose s, may be budgeted for
67	114		the fiscal year ending June 30, 202 3 (hereafter FY-23) or may be
68	115		budgeted for the fiscal year ending J une 30, 2024 (hereafter FY-24).
69	116		Funds budgeted for FY-23 may be encumbered only th rough June 30,

70	144		2023, and must be expended by Nov ember 15, 2023. Any funds
71	145		remaining after November 15, 202 3, and not budgeted for FY -24, shall
72	146		lapse to the credit of the pro per fund for the then current fiscal
73	147		year. Funds budgeted for FY-24 may be encumbered only through June
74	148		30, 2024. Any funds remaining after November 15, 2024, shall lapse
75	149		to the credit of the proper fund for the then current fiscal year.
76	150		These appropriations may not be budgeted in both fiscal years
77	151		simultaneously. Funds budgeted in FY-23, and not required to pay
78	152		obligations for that fiscal year, may be budgeted for FY -24, after
79	153		the agency to which the funds have been appropriated has prepared
80	154		and submitted a budget work program revision removing these funds
81	155		from the FY-23 budget work program and after such revision has been
82	156		approved by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.
