31	52		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

33	53		SECTION 1. From the funds appropriated to the Oklahoma Tourism
34	54		and Recreation Departmen t in Enrolled House Bill No. 2900 of the 1st
35	55		Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, the Department shall make
36	56		available matching funds to multico unty organizations pursuant to
37	57		Section 2234 of Title 74 of Oklahoma Statutes . The matching funds
38	58		made available shall be equal in amount to the funds made available
39	59		in the fiscal year ending June 30, 20 21.

41	60		SECTION 2. Appropriations made to the Oklahoma Tourism and
42	61		Recreation Department by Enrolled House Bill No. 2900 of the 1st
43	62		Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, not incl uding
44	63		appropriations made for capital outlay p urposes, may be budgeted for

50	93		2022, and must be expended by November 15, 2022. Any funds
51	94		remaining after November 15, 2022, and not budgeted for FY-23, shall
52	95		lapse to the credit of the proper fund for the then current fiscal
53	96		year. Funds budgeted for FY -23 may be encumbered only through June
54	97		30, 2023. Any funds remaining after November 15, 2023, shall lapse
55	98		to the credit of the proper fund for the then current fiscal year.
56	99		These appropriations shall not be budgeted in both fisc al years
57	100		simultaneously. Funds budge ted in FY-22, and not required to pay
58	101		obligations for that fiscal year, may be budgeted for FY-23, after
59	102		the agency to which the funds have been appropriated has prepared
60	103		and submitted a budget work program revision rem oving these funds
61	104		from the FY-22 budget work program and after such revision has be en
62	105		approved by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services .
