2950 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

3151 SECTION 1. From the funds appropri ated to the Oklahoma
3252 Historical Society in Enrolled House Bill No. 2900 of the 1st
3353 Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, not less than One Hundred
3454 Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) shall be used to hire a grant
3555 writer for Black Towns in Oklahoma .

3756 SECTION 2. From the funds appropriated to the Oklahoma
3857 Historical Society in Enrolled House Bill No. 2900 of the 1st
3958 Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, not less than One Hundred
4059 Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) shall be used to provide grants
4160 for schools to provide transportation to the Freedom Center & Clara
4261 Luper Civil Rights Center, the Greenwood Historic District, and the
4362 Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum.

4589 SECTION 3. Appropriations made to the Oklahoma Historical
4690 Society by Enrolled House Bill No. 2900 of the 1st Session of the

4991 58th Oklahoma Legislature, not including ap propriations made for
5092 capital outlay purposes, may be budgeted for the fiscal year ending
5193 June 30, 2022 (hereafter FY-22), or may be budgeted for the fiscal
5294 year ending June 30, 202 3 (hereafter FY-23). Funds budgeted for FY-
5395 22 may be encumbered only throu gh June 30, 2022, and must be
5496 expended by November 15, 2022. Any funds remaining after November
5597 15, 2022, and not budgeted for FY -23, shall lapse to the credit of
5698 the proper fund for the then current fiscal yea r. Funds budgeted
5799 for FY-23 may be encumbered only through June 30, 202 3. Any funds
58100 remaining after November 15, 2023, shall lapse to the credit of the
59101 proper fund for the then current fiscal year. These appropriations
60102 shall not be budgeted in both fisc al years simultaneously. Funds
61103 budgeted in FY-22, and not required to pay obliga tions for that
62104 fiscal year, may be budgeted for FY-23, after the agency to which
63105 the funds have been appropriated has prepared and submitted a budget
64106 work program revision rem oving these funds from the FY -22 budget
65107 work program and after such revision ha s been approved by the Office
66108 of Management and Enterprise Services .
