29	50		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

31	51		SECTION 1. From the funds appropri ated to the Oklahoma
32	52		Historical Society in Enrolled House Bill No. 2900 of the 1st
33	53		Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, not less than One Hundred
34	54		Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) shall be used to hire a grant
35	55		writer for Black Towns in Oklahoma .

37	56		SECTION 2. From the funds appropriated to the Oklahoma
38	57		Historical Society in Enrolled House Bill No. 2900 of the 1st
39	58		Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, not less than One Hundred
40	59		Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) shall be used to provide grants
41	60		for schools to provide transportation to the Freedom Center & Clara
42	61		Luper Civil Rights Center, the Greenwood Historic District, and the
43	62		Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum.

49	91		58th Oklahoma Legislature, not including ap propriations made for
50	92		capital outlay purposes, may be budgeted for the fiscal year ending
51	93		June 30, 2022 (hereafter FY-22), or may be budgeted for the fiscal
52	94		year ending June 30, 202 3 (hereafter FY-23). Funds budgeted for FY-
53	95		22 may be encumbered only throu gh June 30, 2022, and must be
54	96		expended by November 15, 2022. Any funds remaining after November
55	97		15, 2022, and not budgeted for FY -23, shall lapse to the credit of
56	98		the proper fund for the then current fiscal yea r. Funds budgeted
57	99		for FY-23 may be encumbered only through June 30, 202 3. Any funds
58	100		remaining after November 15, 2023, shall lapse to the credit of the
59	101		proper fund for the then current fiscal year. These appropriations
60	102		shall not be budgeted in both fisc al years simultaneously. Funds
61	103		budgeted in FY-22, and not required to pay obliga tions for that
62	104		fiscal year, may be budgeted for FY-23, after the agency to which
63	105		the funds have been appropriated has prepared and submitted a budget
64	106		work program revision rem oving these funds from the FY -22 budget
65	107		work program and after such revision ha s been approved by the Office
66	108		of Management and Enterprise Services .
