27	57		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

29	58		SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma Board
30	59		of Private Vocational Schools from any monies not otherwise
31	60		appropriated from the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for
32	61		the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021, the sum of One Hundred
33	62		Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) or so much thereof as may be
34	63		necessary to perform the duties imposed upon the Oklahoma Board of
35	64		Private Vocational Schools by law.

37	65		SECTION 2. The appropriation made by t his act shall not be
38	66		subject to fiscal year limitations and shall be available for

42	96		SECTION 3. The appropriations made by this act s hall not be
43	97		subject to fiscal years 2022 and 2023 agency category and budget

49	100		of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is hereby
50	101		declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
